My primary purpose is to create a safe and compassionate space for you to openly explore what needs to change so you can live in line with your authentic self and purpose. In order for healing or change to happen we need a fertile ground to build solid roots. The connection heals — as your ally and advocate, I honor your lived experience, your inherent wisdom, your culture, roots, and all of your intersecting identities.

I offer a collaborative and relational approach, rooted in our connection. I am not the expert on your life or blank slate, in the business “fixing” something that is broken. We are allies, interconnected by an imperfect world, seeking safety and a place that feels like home. Through my guidance, I hope you find home within yourself. I draw from attachment theory, present-centered body-based (somatic) modalities, and neuroscience to meet your unique needs. I invite you to bring all parts of yourself into our work— your suffering, joy, grief, strengths, shadows and hidden parts. Together, at your pace, we pull back the layers, to integrate and move toward wholeness, inner peace, clarity, and alignment with your purpose.

Some of the modalities I am trained in and integrate into therapy include:
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT) Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Integration, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Somatic Experiencing (SE)
